Getting Started With Text Alerts
Log in to My Credit Union, select the “Manage Mobile Alerts” tab, and follow the instructions for registering your mobile device. You can register multiple mobile devices. Once alerts have been set up, type the following instructions to manage your account.
BAL to check the balance of your accounts
HIST to check transaction history on your accounts
TRAN to transfer funds via text messaging
HELP to get a list of available Text Banking keywords
STOP to opt out of text banking
